Here, you can enjoy a good dinner before the performance, a glass of wine afterwards or gather your company for a cosy evening in elegant surroundings.

At Brasserie Hugo, we welcome you to a modern brasserie where Nordic ingredients meet a southern European twist. The menu is inspired by the Mediterranean, with particular emphasis on Italian and French cuisine, and our dishes change according to the best ingredients of the season.

Choose between a 2-course or 3-course menu, carefully composed with a focus on flavour, quality and a relaxed restaurant experience. The menu can typically consist of starter and main course, main course and dessert or all three courses, depending on what suits your evening best.

We are, of course, also happy to help you find the right wine for your food. Our wine list is carefully selected, so you can discover both classic favourites and exciting bottles that match the menu and the occasion.
