Note: The site is hosted via Wix and contains a booking link to easyTable as well as images/files hosted through Wix’s file hosting. These third-party services may process personal data on our behalf or independently of us.

Booking data: if you make a reservation through the external booking system (easyTable), information such as name, email, phone number, number of guests, time, special requests, etc., may be collected. easyTable manages the reservations in accordance with their own terms.

Technical/usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, referring site, pages visited, and on-site interactions (log files/analytics).

Communication: content of emails and messages you send to us.

  • you fill out a contact form or send us an email,

  • you book a table through the booking link on our site (external service: easyTable),

  • you visit our website (cookies/analytics),

  • you provide information directly via phone or in-person contact.

  • We process your data for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds:

  • Contact and customer service — processing is necessary to respond to inquiries and provide our services (Art. 6(1)(b) / legitimate interest).

  • Bookings/reservation management — necessary to fulfil the reservation agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)). Booking data is also processed by easyTable in accordance with their terms.

  • Website operation and improvement — log files and analytics are used to enhance the user experience (legitimate interest).

  • Marketing — only with your explicit consent (e.g., newsletter). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

 

6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the functionality of the site and for statistics/analytics. You will typically be presented with a cookie banner on your first visit, where you can accept or reject specific cookies.
